Refunds

All outlet items are non-refundable.

All aesthetic orders are non-refundable once dispatched so please ensure the items you have chosen are the ones you want - as there are NO refunds accepted under any circumstance.

Online courses are non-refundable once course content has been sent/accessed.

Treatment and starter kits are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at trainingacademy@nessas-aesthetics.com 

 

Gift cards/sale items

Unfortunately  we cannot accept returns on gift cards and gift items.

 

Shipping 

To return your product, you should mail your product to:  

Shipping costs are refundable on faulty or damaged items only. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
